Tilly joins us from a Top 30, award-winning accountancy firm, where she managed the operations, oversaw a team of 21 people and led numerous large-scale projects. From navigating the operational complexities of office closures and reopenings during the pandemic, to spearheading initiatives in data quality, compliance, employee wellbeing and environmental sustainability, Tilly has a proven track record of transformative operational leadership.

Her dedication to operational excellence and her pragmatic approach to designing and improving processes have been key in driving both efficiency and success, while maintaining a core focus on client experience.

Tilly volunteers weekly with AgeUK to support older people experiencing loneliness. She also loves making pottery and cold water swimming!

    • Masters in Education and Leadership from University of Manchester

  • Tilly has 8+ years’ experience working in operational roles in Professional Services, including managing the operations of a Top 30 accountancy firm in the City. She has a deep understanding of how to foster a foundation of operational progress and innovation at the core of successful businesses, to help them deliver outstanding client outcomes.

    She has extensive experience of project management and improving operational processes and policies based on data and stakeholder feedback. A key focus of hers is the client journey - putting in place processes to make onboarding and offboarding as straightforward and transparent for the client as possible, so that their experience with Adam Benedict is smooth and positive, and they are able to access excellent legal support and guidance quickly.
